We work with owners of private houses and summer houses, garden communities, property managers and businesses such as cafés and guest houses.

We serve Riga and the Riga region: all Riga neighbourhoods and the towns around Riga, including Jūrmala, Mārupe, Ķekava, Baloži, Baldone, Olaine, Salaspils, Ādaži, Vangaži, Saulkrasti, Sigulda, Ikšķile, Ogre, Ķegums, Iecava and Jelgava. The full list is on the where we work page. Outside Riga, travel is charged at about €1/km.

What happens after your request
- You send a request In the form you enter your name, phone number and address, then the service, the preferred time and, if you like, the system type, volume and access to the hatch. You can send a request online at any time.
- We contact you within 5 minutes After you submit the form, we contact you within 5 minutes, clarify details if needed and give you the price.
- We agree on a time We agree on the day and how to access the system. We start work only once the price is known and you agree to it.
- Work and document After pumping you receive a document with the address, date, volume and the contractor's details; after BIO plant maintenance we issue a maintenance document. These help you meet the municipality's requirements.
Some jobs we carry out together with partners: specialised companies that work in your neighbourhood. We will tell you who will do the work when we contact you about your request.
How we set the price
We publish our prices openly, and they match typical market prices in Riga and the Riga region. A “from” price is the starting point; the final price depends on the volume, the distance from Riga, the hose length to the hatch, the thickness of the sediment and any extra work. Why only a form
For septic tank pumping or BIO plant maintenance, the price depends on the details: volume, model, vehicle access, the last maintenance. In a written request they don't get lost, and we can give a more precise answer. After you submit the form, we contact you within 5 minutes, so you can also talk everything through with us.
When you don't need us
- If the house is connected to the mains sewer and the blockage is in the city network, the water utility has to deal with it.
- If your question is about registration or documents, that is handled by the municipality; read how on the registering a decentralised sewage system page.
- If the septic tank smells only inside the house, it is often enough to pour water into dried-out drain traps; more on the septic tank smells page.
- We do not drill boreholes or build drinking water wells.
