How to contact us
- Fill in the form: name, phone number and address are required. Then state the service and when you need it, and, if you like, briefly describe the situation.
- If you don't know which service you need, leave it unselected. The specialist will find out during the conversation.
What to write in your request
- Service: pumping, septic tank or BIO plant installation, BIO plant maintenance, sewer installation, pump station, grease trap.
- Address: street and house number or house name, town or parish. We need it to plan the call-out.
- System: septic tank, holding tank or BIO plant; volume or model, if you know it.
- Access: how many metres it is from where the truck can stop to the hatch; gate width, road condition.
- Last pumping or maintenance: approximate date.
- The problem, if there is one: smell, alarm, fills up quickly, frozen.
- Preferred time and whether you need a document for the municipality.
What happens after you send a request
- We receive your request A confirmation message that the request has been received may arrive on the phone number you gave.
- We contact you within 5 minutes We clarify anything that is unclear and give you the price.
- We agree on a time We agree on the day and on access to the system.
- Work and document After the work you receive a document with the address, date and volume, which you can use to meet the municipality's requirements.

We serve Riga and the Riga region: all Riga neighbourhoods and the towns around Riga. See the list on the where we work page. Outside Riga, the travel charge is about €1/km. If you are not sure whether your address is covered, include it in your request.
